It means By The Way... :smt045

Opening the Naomi to access the fan is simple.

1) Underneath the Naomi is about 6 screws. Remove them.

2) The Naomi comes apart in 2 halves. (Outer shell case)

When taken apart, you will see the fan. That's it! :smt041

so, if think there is 2 capcom IO, the old who don't have output RCA and metal box, and the second with output RCA and metal box:

True, the manufacturer is Namco, but I think this is just for System246 (ie. Tekken 4, Soul Calibur 2).

(...no answer for my sega sound question :smt009 )

can someone help me about memory card reader,

the pcb (of memory card reader) have 4 connectors:

2 of them is wired to the card slot

1 is wired to the yellow connector, maybe power ?

(what's the name of the connector type?)

1 is not wired

what do i need to do to connect to naomi ?

feed power with yellow connector ?

create harness for the last connector to connect to naomi

cn6 (10pin) or cn7 (11pin) ?

someone can give me the pinout to use ?

in case of 2 memory card reader, it need an intermediate pcb ?

where to buy/get this ?

if we make a special wired, it is possible to connect 2 MCR whitout

this intermediate pcb ?

To answer your previous question, the audio amp needs 17v AC, not DC. The wiring diagram shows an AC transformer attached to the main AC line and connects to CN3. Connections CN2 & CN4 are amplified speaker outputs (left and right) and the J3 (black RCA) it MONO output (not amplified) which can be used for subwoofer type connection.

The MCR has a yellow connector (AMP type) with 2 white wires and 2 yellow wires. White goes to GND and the yellow is for 5VDC. The white JST connector gets connected to the Naomi filter board at the connector marked CN6 (the only connector it will fit). That is all the hardware that is needed to connect the CP to the Naomi. Afterwards, you have to configure the game in service mode to tell the game that the MCR is present. There is also a MCR test mode where it shows a waiting state until you insert a card. It then shows 'Read successful'.

As for connecting 2 CP, I'm not sure. I don't have a second CP, so I'm not sure how it would be connected. My guess is that it would be connected to CN7.
